COVID-19 Policies
Sometimes being small and remote can be useful. Allow us to offer some respite where you can practice your social distancing in a luxurious, natural, and secluded environment with housekeeping standards unmatched in the industry.
Beaver Lakefront Cabins will remain open unless required to close by a government agency. If we must close, reservations made during any government closure will be refunded in full.
Cabins & Suites
We offer two rate types: a 72 Hour cancellation rate and a Non-refundable rate.
72-Hour Cancellation. We collect a non-refundable 10% booking fee, of the total room cost, to confirm the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled with no further obligation until 3 PM CST three (3) days (72 hours) prior to your arrival date.
Three days prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file. The reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled at this point.
Non-Refundable Rate. All room sales are non-refundable and cannot be postponed. You will be charged 100% of the reservation at the time of booking.
Keeping Healthy for You
- For everyone’s safety, we use contactless check-in and check-out procedures.
- All HVAC systems have been upgraded with Ultraviolet-C sanitation lights in the duct work.
- All employees have reviewed and adhere to the instructions for hand washing and sanitizing provided by the CDC.
Enhanced Housekeeping Procedures
Between each guest’s stay —
- All Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems have been retrofitted with 24-hour, in-duct Ultraviolet-C sanitation lights to reduce and sterilize airborne COVID particles.
- All non-porous surfaces like door knobs, light switches, tables, chairs, counter tops, bathroom fixtures, showers, and floors are disinfected.
- Phones, remote controls, and iPads are disinfected.
- All bedding, towels, washcloths, robes, bathmats, etc. are washed and dried at high temperatures.
- All kitchen flatware, tools and utensils are disinfected and sealed in plastic.
- Movies/games/puzzles borrowed from the library are disinfected before being returned to the shelf.
Public Spaces
- Hand sanitizer is located in each unit and throughout public areas.
- Public touch points, such as door handles and knobs, are cleaned daily.
